the Philippines, or anywhere else in the world. A slur does not
weaken us; it only reminds us why we must stand firm. We condemn
the harassment of our overseas workers, the bullying of our
seafarers, and the intimidation of our fishermen. We call for
diplomacy, for dialogue, for the rule of law not for war,
not for hatred, not for revenge. We are better than that.
We must be.

To the Filipino people, let us not be provoked into becoming
the very thing we condemn. Let our response be one of quiet
strength, of undeniable truth, and of unwavering unity.
Let the world know that Filipinos cannot be bullied into silence
but we will not lower ourselves to the level of those who

trade in hate. We are Anonymous. We are Legion. We are Filipino.
We stand for our rights. And we will be heard.
